Schedule your time in blocks

Some of our #InspiringMumma's have suggested this as one of their strategies for managing the juggle. It is like setting a meeting for yourself on a particular topic and focusing solely on that task for an allocated period of time. ⠀ ⠀ This allows you to have time and the mindset when doing that task or activity. For example you could block your time into work / family / other (e.g. exercise or what gives you your 'spark' and keeps you sane). ⠀

To start planning your time, an option is to use the calendar function in your phone & set up alerts for each task; or alternatively writing it down marking out the days & times would work just as well. ⠀
